PRE-ORDER BIDDING HANDBAG Terms & Conditions

1. 20%Minimum Deposit is required to place your pre-order & as confirmation for the purchase.

2. Full amount of the purchase will be notified after receiving the bidding result from our supplier & to make full settlement of the purchase before delivery.

3. Bidding process will take between 3 to 6 weeks from the bidding closing date.

4. Delivery of item is subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any further delay than the prescribed 3 to 6 weeks, customers will be informed via email OR SMS.

5. All items are NEW unless stated otherwise (eg: preloved).

6. All pre-ordered items sold are FINAL – No-returns of goods/Non-refundable

7. No refund if last minute Cancellation (AFTER Bidding process start/close date).

8. Sold item can be exchanged/return once due to Factory defects only in its original condition as received.

9. Any comment/Feedback/verification from third parties (Authorized person) must be in written form as proof and Emailed to fifikafli@gmail.com.

10. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of parcels during shipping.
